It may reward you sometimes, but you may feel exhausted by playing roles and meeting others' expectations. Success might look perfect on paper, but is it truly enriching your heart? Are you living your true calling?​

I understand the weight of societal expectations, as I once pursued a predefined notion of success—a glittering career and a proud role as a mother, wife, and daughter. Yet, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss. When I embraced the truth that everyone's path to success is unique and that true fulfillment and joy originate from within, not from external achievement, I found true happiness that genuinely belongs to myself.  

 

These realizations sparked a profound transformation in my life. I transitioned from a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) at a renowned global brand to a coach and consultant. My mission now is to help individuals and organizations redefine their unique values and co-create fulfilling success stories on their terms.

My coaching philosophy is firmly rooted in the belief that you can broaden your horizons and make decisions that resonate with your authentic self. Leveraging my HR expertise and academic background in communication studies, I am dedicated to guiding you on a transformative journey of personal and professional growth, empowering you to articulate your aspirations and transform them into reality. 

 

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am currently pursuing international certification, which I expect to complete by 2024. 

 

I was born in China and educated in South Korea. After a decade of shaping my life in Singapore, I now call Singapore home. I offer coaching and consultation in English, Mandarin, and Korean, ensuring language is never a barrier. I am committed to making my services accessible to all, regardless of language or cultural background.
