Honor my values whenever I have to make a choice.
That clarity became my compass.
It helped me move fast —

But I also learned the hard way.
There was a season when my inner voice sounded like this:
“Just hang in there.”
“Just this quarter.”
“Just be grateful.”
I thought I was being resilient.
But in reality, I was trading growth for comfort.
Compromising feels easier in the moment — safer, more familiar.
But over time, you don’t just compromise on decisions.

2️⃣ Get curious about what’s really keeping you there.
When we compromise, we rarely stop to explore why.
Sometimes it’s fear of losing stability.
Sometimes it’s the belief that “this is the best I can get.”
Sometimes it’s pressure to meet others’ expectations.
Here’s the challenge — until you name what’s holding you, you can’t loosen its grip.
Then ask yourself: Is this a fact, or just an assumption I’ve never tested?
3️⃣ If it’s an assumption, flip the voice.
Ask: What would I do if I trusted myself to handle the challenges?
Then choose one small action this week to test that belief.
